Your Schedule – What to Expect in the Role

• You’ll work a consistent four-day work week, allowing you a balanced blend of professional and personal time.

• Our rotational weekend shifts operate on a 2:9 basis, meaning your weekend duties are spaced out to support work-life balance.

• You will also take part in a shared bank holiday rota, ensuring responsibilities are distributed evenly among team members.
