As part of our continued expansion, we are hiring six full-time, year-round Behavior Technicians to join our team in spring 2025. Position Summary: What You’ll Be Doing
As a Behavior Technician at Keene Perspectives, you will provide personalized one-on-one behavioral support to young children in our White River Junction, Vermont clinic. Under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you’ll help shape young lives through engaging instruction rooted in applied behavior analysis (ABA). We’re looking for individuals who are committed to at least a year of meaningful contribution and growth with us.

Work Arrangement & Schedule
This is a full-time, year-round role, with positions available at 35 or 40 hours per week. Services are offered Monday through Friday. Regular hours are 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with bi-monthly staff meetings extending to 4:30 PM. For those interested in a 40-hour week, additional hours may be available based on client needs.
Clinic Setting
All services are delivered on-site at our center in White River Junction, Vermont. The position focuses on early intervention for children aged 2 to 6, providing one-on-one care tailored to each child’s specific learning and developmental goals.
Compensation
Starting pay is competitive and depends on your education, experience and ABA supervision history. Pay ranges from $31,200 to $43,659 per year, with eligibility for future increases through regular evaluations and performance growth milestones.
Role Responsibilities
- Implement individualized teaching and behavioral intervention plans
- Utilize digital tools for session documentation and data collection
- Write daily session notes with descriptive, accurate observations
- Communicate effectively with team members and families
- Actively engage children through play and structured activities
- Follow procedures designed by a BCBA
Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- A bachelor’s degree in psychology, early childhood education, neuroscience or related fields is preferred
- Experience with autism spectrum disorders, behavioral support or ABA techniques is a plus but not mandatory
- Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to lift, move and play with children throughout the day
Training and Career Growth
