Your Core Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse, your role is vital to the smooth operation and compassionate atmosphere of our care home. Your primary duties will include:

Advocating for and safeguarding the well-being of residents.

Creating and maintaining collaborative relationships with team members across departments.

Serving as a source of guidance and leadership for care staff, promoting best practices and quality assurance.

Working hand-in-hand with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver personalised and impactful care.

Recognising when outside medical intervention is required and ensuring timely escalation for optimal outcomes.
